I was expecting a nice relaxing therapeutic massage with hot stones, essential oils, and lit candles. My experience was anything but relaxing and therapeutic.

Theresa was very good at explaining her technique and why she uses that approach. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to have lasting relief from their ailments, not just put a bandaid on for short term relief.

My coworker has been seeing Theresa for quite a long time and has been telling me how good she is, so I finally booked an appointment with her. She really does care about helping people and has already gone above and beyond to try to help me with my fibromyalgia stiffness and pain in just one visit. I will definitely be coming back.

It was not the massage I expected, but it was the one I needed. She was very knowledgeable in which muscles actually needed stretching and releasing and offered many stretches to do at home to encourage keeping things loose and explained why each muscle affected each other. It gave me a lot more relief than a standard massage does. Would definitely go back to her anytime!
