With a passion in health and wellness and a background in healthcare and fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her massage therapy practice. Earning an AAS degree in Massage Therapy and Bodywork from Ridgewater College, she loves seeing how therapeutic massage has changed how clients feel and move. Each and every massage is unique and based on individual needs, from a relaxation massage to therapeutic body work, she is fully invested in her clients and their total wellness and will give them the best each and every time. Special trainings in prenatal massage, headache relief, hot stone, sports massage and stretching, cupping, GuaSha and Sarga Bodywork.
