Also, I am one of the most detailed muscle-work and intuitive massage therapists on the planet. 

However, I am also a health and wellness coach to help you understand more about your body after the massage session. So much is 'told' by your skin, muscles, joints and sub-cutaneous tissues that I am quite good at guessing some of your bad habits that can be causing your painful issues. In general pain should not be present in your body unless you've been 'oppressed' by an outside force. Your body should cleanse and heal itself daily and become pain free. That's what I help you do with my intuitive, detailed, healing bodywork. I like to think I do a 'Goldylocks Massage' - not too hard, not too soft. I always leave it up to you to 'veto' any type of therapy I do. Remember, YOU are responsible for your body, and I am your servant.
