In addition to obtaining my massage therapy license, I have been a registered nurse for 18 years.  I truly believe that by helping to alleviate pain and promote healing through touch, relaxation, and providing a safe space to find that body-mind-spirit connection is crucial to all beings.  Caring for people in healthcare, and now with bodywork, has been a most rewarding part of my career path.  Every body benefits from massage.  So, take some time for yourself.  Your mind and body are deserving of care.  Refresh, relax, and submerge yourself in quietude.
