Wonderful experience and I've already booked a follow-up visit. After running I developed some hip pain. I booked an hour to get some relief from the pain. Trish took the time to explain each massage and what she was attempting to accomplish. Immediately after the massage, the pain was reduced. After the massage was completed she took the time to demonstrate a few stretch's, we talked about nutrition, discussed cause and effect of injuries, and many other topics. Two days later, Trish even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. Trish is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and provides an excellent service.

Came in primary for my right wrist nerve pain, but she also addressed a few other issues I was having. She explained why I was having pains and walked me through what she was doing as she worked on me. I was really nervous so this helped ease my nerves and tension. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable, unlike all the times I went to a doctor about the same issue; they gave me a brace that limited movements and pain meds. Since my first visit, I haven’t had to use pain meds or the brace!

I used to think I would not like a massage but then I gave it a try. The work Trish does is wonderful. She is very skilled and knowledgeable when you have questions. Trish listens to your concerns and focuses on the areas that need worked on. I definitely recommend her!
