My philosophy is simple, I believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself.  I try to facilitate the natural healing process by listening and understanding each clients particular needs, and working to develop a personalized treatment plan.

My goal as a massage therapist is to be intuitive and intentional with every massage.  Intuitive to what the body needs, and intentional with every technique used throughout the massage to provide the greatest experience.
