When I graduated High School like every other young adult I was tasked with trying to figure out what I wanted to be known for, I spent time figuring that out like everyone else. I started off as a Corpsman in the United States Navy, I became a mother to three wonderful children. I went to school for Physical Therapy Assistant, that's when I found my love for Massage. While I always knew helping others was my passion. I spend my free time seeking further education to perfect my technique to Massage Therapy.

I understand that every person has unique challenges and preferences, I pride myself in being able to plug into the needs of each individual. I work to slowly engage the body to assess what it needs and work to alleviate any tension or pain. My style combines a mixture of deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage. I love the challenge of working with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the shoulders, neck, hips and sciatica.

I am always available to answer any concerns or questions you might have. Please reach out!

Definitely knows how to pinpoint problem areas within your muscles and manipulate, massage and stretch what's needed. Place is very clean, relaxing and inviting.

This is my favorite place in town. I have been going weeky for over a year now and I have experienced so much healing in that time. Sondra is one of the best people around, she is easy to talk and has the best vibe. She is VERY skilled at her craft. I recommend Salt and Stone highly.

Sandi was really wonderful! The studio was very nicely decorated, and the ambiance was great and relaxing. She is very skilled, and she made it clear that the hour was all about me, and empowered me to direct her as far as pressure, etc., goes. It was a delightful experience!

I rated 4/5 stars only because it's my first day after my first massage. But I woke up this morning feeling much more comfortable than yesterday--unusual in my experience with massages. Sandy used a soft approach (as per my request), sent me off with a bottle of water with clear instructions to drink it (and why it's important), and a Dove chocolate. I expect to be 5/5 stars after the next visit. She is professional and personable, her setting is pretty and peaceful, and I am grateful to have found her.

Very professional with the skills, ambience and empathy for deep body work. Able to listen-then find the issue and apply the appropriate technique. I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a relaxing massage, I’d highly recommend her. But my appointment was for a deep tissue and I didn’t get that. One of my complaint area was the neck and it was barely touched aside from the rolled hot towel that’s all it got. My shoulders got the hot stone treatment…no deep massages. Her touch was very light and relaxing. I got out there feeling relaxed but my muscle aches weren’t the least bit relieved.
