Courtney has been practicing Massage Therapy for 7 years. After surviving a car accident and receiving massages, she realized that this is what she wanted to do with her life. Courtney attended both the Swedish Institute (located in Manhattan, NY) and The Finger Lakes School of Massage    (located in Mt. Kisco, NY). She has a passion for Medical Massage and is a Certified Neuromuscular Therpist, Certified Pediatric Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Her practices include a complete Orthopedic Assesment which allows for the explanation of why the body is presenting issues, a hands on approach of specific areas worked and why, and stretches and/or exercises the client can take home to help strengthen the areas of weakness. Courtney is very excited about bringing her talents to Stamford Massage Therapy. Outside of her massage practice Courtney loves to spend time with her dog, Shaggy and go on adventures with her boyfriend.
