As a child, my older sister Nicole would pay me to give her massages. She told me she would pay me in nickels rather than dimes because they are bigger and "the bigger the better". It wasn't until my mother taught me the value amount of dimes to nickels that I realized I was tricked! That made for one grumpy little girl. I told my sister that day that I would never ever massage her again. Who would have ever guessed back then that I would be where I am today as a State Licensed Massage Therapist. I always knew I wanted to be in the health field. However, I thought I would be a nutritional counsellor or even something huge like a doctor of chiropractic or even a holistic doctor. Turns out that the Lord had a better plan already laid out for me. The thing I love most about being a massage therapist is that we are considered to be the silent healers or behind the scene helpers. Greatly underestimated and highly useful. It's the act of giving that pulled me into this field in the first place. It benefits me just as much as it does the client. That's all one could ever ask for. I was told that once I love what I do that I will never work another day in my life. I'm so greatful to have found it at such a young age. I attended and recently graduated from Heritage College in Middleburg Heights, OH. I would love and plan on furthering my education in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy as well as Deep Tissue. I currently specialize in Swedish Massage for general relaxation. I'm working for AM Massage Therapy in Ontario, OH.
