I believe our purpose on this Earth is to take care of it and each other, and I am honored to provide therapeutic massage to my community. Helping you on your healing journey gives me great joy. I have been practicing the art of massage therapy for 16 years and am grateful to be able to share my gifts with you. I feel passionate about holistic approaches to healthcare and am continuing to deepen my knowledge. I am currently a student at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism. In December of 2024, after four years of education, I will be a clinical herbalist. With plant remedies, nutritional suggestions, and lifestyle adjustments, we can work together to balance any disharmonies in your body.
