If you're looking for a holistic integrative approach that’s tailored to the needs of your body, I'm just might be a good fit. As an experienced therapeutic massage practitioner I have been helping my clients with increased body movement, neck, back, shoulder and joint issues, pain management, cancer recovery, lymphedema, pre and post surgery and more. My approach is different than a typical spa experience because my treatments/services draw upon my education in body work, medical massage and specialized soft tissue techniques. Each time we work together we create a focused session for your specific needs of that day. My goal is to help your body improve its ability to heal itself and set you up to feel your best.

Medi Cupping Therapy

This unique brand of bodywork uses suction to lift tissue as the cup moves over the tissue. The gentle lift creates space and separation in the tissues that allows blood/lymph/nutrients to flow in balance. the therapist to work more effectively and comfortably on the client. ACE Massage Cupping™ is a specific set of movements that the trained practitioner uses in different combinations to quickly facilitate elimination of debris and release of rigid soft tissues. The movements and techniques stay within the boundaries of professional licensing and may be adapted to almost any modality that the therapist has training in.

Certified Congestive Lymphadema Therapist

Certification through Univ. of Wisconsin. When you have lymphedema you are seen by your physical or occupational therapist for a certain number of sessions based on insurance. My work begins when you are released from the PT/OT but require maintenance. My speciality is understanding the soft tissue within the lymphedema and helping you maintain low volume and comfort while you go about your life.

What a phenomenal experience. Katherine was very personable, learning my pain history and needs, then explaining how she was tailoring the therapy to not just manage the problems, but to correct them. I felt very comfortable and cared for in her hands! Still feeling great!

Kathy is extremely knowledgeable. She listened indept to my concerns and then addressed my issues. The therapeutic massage was amazing. My entire body felt relaxed but invigorated. The room is very nice, but alittle noisey at first being it's at the back of the salon. However once the therapy session starts you don't notice the noise. Excellent massage. Excellent therapist!
