Everyone is treated as an individual with their own needs and goals. I  work hard to get you to your goals. Each massage session is different and customized to meet you where you are that day.

I have had my own private practice for almost 10 years now. I am board-certified and have extra training in patient assessment and implementing care plans. Certified in medical massage which includes but is not limited to prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, massage for special needs individuals and PTSD and depression, substance abuse, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy.
