I've been a massage practitioner for almost 10 years.  Along the way, I have met and helped many people take charge of their health, one massage at a time.  That is the way I wish for my clients to view massage - as a way of taking charge of their health (through the mind and body and spirit).  Whether it be Swedish (Relaxation), Pregnancy, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, or Myofascial Release Therapy, I can adjust to what you need out of your massage session.  I am PA licensed massage therapist - though I also love to be called a "Life Changer", or "Relaxation Specialist".  Currently, I am taking some new and exciting continuing education courses that will allow me to add more massage modalities to my skill set.  As passionate as I am for massage, I am also passionate in all things Health, Wellness, and Fitness-related.  (I am currently attending Kaplan University Online for my Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness).  My ultimate goal?: Life-wellness Coach.

Just completed three full-day continuing education courses for this specific modality. It focuses primarily on spiritual and mental health and awareness as well as therapeutic massage and tension relief for the body. It is based on the 7 Shamanistic Principles of Wellness and Healthy Living. The exotic name not only allows the client to envision the Hawaiian surf rushing up onto the beach, but also, recreates the feeling of the waves washing their stress and tension away. It is truly a modality to try out!
