I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2004. I wanted a career in which I could help others. I prayed for God to show me something in which I would enjoy as well as being able to help others physically and emotionally. Since graduating from Tennessee School of Massage I have worked in several spas within the East Tennessee area. However, I wanted to open my own practice to be closer to family. So, with the help of my loving husband of 20 years, we built a beautiful massage practice; Recharge Yourself Massage & Bodywork at our home where I was able to make it my own.
I LOVE what I do, and where I am located.
Apart from being a wife, I am also a mother to a wonderful son, Aiden. I have a few fur babies as well, Princess (APBT), and Jaxson (American Bully). Some of my other hobbies include: Jeep outings, going to the shooting range, drinking coffee and lattes, cooking, spending time with family and friends and watching movies.

The attention to detail to your entire experience. Fortunately, this was just for relaxation. She does ask you about your specific needs if that is the plan for you. I felt welcomed when I came in and very relaxed when I left!
