Advanced training for injuries and a intraoral endorsement which allows me to assist client with TMJD, headache and whiplash more thoroughly.

Certification in Orthopedic Massage

This 150 hour course increased my understanding of treatment massage, structural body work and comprehensive assessment. I use myofascial balancing, deep transverse friction, facilitated stretching (Muscle Energy Technique), to customize treatment for each client. These techniques allow me to balance alignment, increase range of motion, decompress joints, and mobilize soft tissue which ease discomfort and pain.

Leslie was able to listen to me about my body issues and then apply her skills and get some long-standing issues resolved in one visit. I left her office able to move my hip and shoulder in ways I haven't felt for years and years. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy allows her to analyze problems, find multiple pathways to healing, and use her extremely sensitive touch to pinpoint and manipulate problem areas. She is so effective and warm - I highly recommend her!
