I aim to support each patient as holistically as possible, and incorporate a variety of advanced soft-tissue techniques to provide a customized treatment for each massage session. I incorporate techniques from Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Geriatric/Elder massage, Jaw work (Intra-oral Massage WA Certification since 2008), Hawaiian Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Structural Relief Therapy (Positional Release), Trigger Point work, and Passive Stretching. All massages include the use of warmed lotion and hot towels. In-home mobile massage also available by special arrangement. Intake forms required before first appointment. Payments can be made in advance or processed in person, on-site, after the appointment is complete. I no longer bill health insurance plans but do accept cash, debit, credit, HSA cards, checks with ID or PayPal. Custom Gift Certificates are also available.
