Catherine took her time and explained everything in great detail. We discussed my personal concerns as well as what I hope the massage would do for me. She thoroughly explained the body and how muscles, tendants, and lymph nodes tie in together. She helped me understand the MLD process. She even offered suggestions on movements that I could continue with the process at home. She is very professional and one of the kindest people I have ever met.
