I can help clients relax with a great Swedish massage or work out those pesky problem areas with a variety of modalities. I am trained in neuromuscular massage to release muscle strain through trigger point pressure. With a myofascial massage I will work the connective tissue that can cause pain and restricted motion. If your doctor has ordered a medical massage, I can address the prescribed pain areas. If deep tissue massage is what you like, I can deliver. We will do the technique that brings you maximum relaxation and pain relief. 

My goal is to improve your body movement through muscle balance and pain-free sleep to enhance your quality of daily life. Your massage experience should be positive, and I strive to make sure every client receives great service, quality care and attention.

Jax was very insightful and listened to my requests and trouble areas. She began the massage using softer touches and progressed to more medium firm touches. It was so nice to have that progression. She was so respectful and really helped me feel comfortable!

I was afraid of bruising but the technique Jax used did not cause any. My nose started draining soon after, like it never has before. I am not really sure how beneficial cupping is for me though😐 I just wanted to try it once to see what all the hype is about 😃
