I start with taking the time to focus on what is needed for your unique self.  This allows me to draw from a wide range of techniques to stimulate your body's own natural healing processes.  My goal for your session is to help you connect with your own inner healer.  

I open myself as a conduit to be guided to use multiple modalities including massage, structural integration, sound healing, Reiki and more to assist in your body’s alignment for a healing flow. Each session is unique to heal and pamper all layers of your being to facilitate a multidimensional experience.

I have been practicing therapeutic massage for 20+ years and I am licensed by the state of Arizona.  

I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a graduate of The Sedona School of Massage.  I am a Craniosacral therapist through the Upledger Institute and a Reiki Master with The International Center for Reiki Training. I also have a B.S. in Biology from Truman State University. With this degree, I focused on becoming a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. I worked in many different clinical and research labs over the 33 years as a Tech. It gave me a real sense of the human body and how it all works together. I really wanted to be on the side of preventative health care and helping people to realize their fullest potential. Being in touch with ourselves is the very first step in self care. Taking care of ourselves should be our first priority, then we are able to help those around us. Massage and bodywork modalities are the best way to reconnect with ourselves.
