Jeremy specializes in a myofascial-centered approach called Structural Integration. Using this model, areas of fascial and muscular dysfunction are identified and released, bringing greater balance and structural integrity to his clients. He specializes in pain relief by bringing the structure of the body into more efficient alignment. This can resolve anywhere from typical day to day aches and pains to chronic, long-standing pains. He also enjoys teaching his clients how to use, move, and hold their body more efficiently in a way that feels joyous and good. He holds a 300-hour advanced certification in Structural Integration as well as a state license for massage therapy (LMT). His studio is in West Sedona and also offers mobile service to the surrounding Verde Valley area. Being originally from Nebraska, he loves his practice here in beautiful Sedona. He is also a performer and can be found playing his music around Sedona. He also enjoys hiking, and doing various body movement practices.
