Studies in Massage Therapy and at the Southwest Institute of Healing
Arts I studied Reiki and Tragering and at the Northern Arizona Massage
Therapy Institute I completed a course in Myo Facial Techniques.
At the Osho Mystery School in Pune, India I completed many month long courses: Subtle Body Healing, Energy Work, Chakra Reading & Balancing as well as guided relaxation and Esoteric Sciences.
Further topics of my education were: Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Breath Therapy and Aura Soma .
I lived for seven years in India where I studied and practiced meditation and to this day I am continuing and enjoying meditation in my daily practice.
My specialties are Deep Tissue Massage
, Body-Energy Work, Psychic Readings and Breath Work combined with Healing Touch.
I specialize in helping people to an improved range of motion, pain relief and also help them to experience emotional healing and energy balancing.
In my Psychic Readings I am helping my clients to find new perspectives, receive answers to their questions and to recognize their own beauty.
After many years of working in Spa’s and at a Meditation School, I expanded my private practice in West Sedona in a beautiful, tranquil setting.
