Ann Adams, Licensed Massage Therapist
Colorado School of Healing Arts, 720-Hour Certification
As an active adult and lifelong lover of movement, I have personally experienced the transformative benefits of massage therapy. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others recover, perform, and thrive in their active lives.
A proud graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, I bring expertise in deep tissue, sports neuromuscular, cupping, lymphatic drainage and craniosacral to each session. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients, whether they are recovering from an injury, enhancing athletic performance, or seeking overall wellness.
Originally from the Midwest, I relocated to Colorado to care for my aging parents and fell in love with the state’s active lifestyle. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hiking, biking, practicing CrossFit, Muay Thai, yoga, or enjoying Colorado’s abundant outdoor sports.
I am passionate about helping others move better, feel better, and live fully. Let’s work together to achieve your recovery and performance goals.
