When was the last time you felt relaxed and comfortable in your body?
Shea came to massage from a place of personal need. She had been injured in a car accident at age 16 and had been struggling through college with lots of problems and sometimes debilitating pain. It quickly became apparent that Shea had a knack for bodywork and she has found a deep sense of purpose in the world through offering this gift to others.

What I most appreciated is Shea’s ability to work directly with areas of the body that have chronic “stuckness” — she listens to her clients and offers specific therapeutic work.

This was no mindless, routine massage. Shea set communication standards before we started so I felt comfortable sharing how things felt during the massage. Shea listened closely to what I wanted and really followed through during the massage. She hit great spots and gave my body the attention it needed.
