REVIEWS for my Bodywork or Fitness services

by Lindsey on Jul 11
My planter fasciitis feels better and I'm sitting taller at my desk with the few stretches, and strengtheners I was given. I was also able to duplicate the weight machine basics the next day with ease since I was given good instruction, and not bombarded with too many things to try. I'm in good shape due to yoga and walking, but a gym beginner. Ryan was quick to notice what I needed to add to my routine.
