I have training in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, myofascial release & muscle energy techniques. Rob is a great therapist. He's been mine for nearly 5 years. As a senior I have special needs that Rob takes care of and when I leave, I feel more limber and relaxed. He listens to what is ailing me and finds a way to mitigate it, every time.

I absolutely recommend Rob as a massage therapist. He has helped improve my flexibility which, in turn, has dealt with some of the root causes of my back issues. It's a little bit "more" than a traditional massage. Be prepared to be stretched mentally too.

Robert is a gem. He's a friendly, authentic and warm person. He's highly skilled in several modalities, especially deep tissue and Thai. To accompany the skill, he's very intuitive. He has an uncanny ability to spot and treat the problem areas. I experienced great relief during and after the massage. I look forward to many more great massages!

This was beyond my expectations. Robert is a master of his craft and I left him feeling more aligned, pain free and with an overall sense of well being. He is extremely knowledgeable about posture and demonstrated strengthening exercises for me to explore to assist me with my continued body health and body alignment. Amazing!
