I provide massage therapy for injury and pain, chronic conditions, tension and stress, and pregnancy related musculoskeletal issues.  

I am an in network provider for Aetna, Cigna, and Regence (as of december 2015) and am able to bill out of network for Premera. I am also an experienced provider for PIP/Auto injury and L&I claims.

Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator

I am an experienced and trained but non practicing birth doula and childbirth educator. My previous experience attending births and assisting parents in planning for the birth of their child adds to my expertise with prenatal massage clients. Additionally, working with women in labor has helped me gain even more experience with working with people in a great deal of pain.
