The Rolf Method of Structural Integration changed my life, offering me a way out of pain and compression, and it can do the same for you. Over the thirty plus years of my practice I've incorporated complementary modalities such as cranial sacral, visceral manipulation and osteopathic manipulations and assessment techniques. 

I was a nationally ranked javelin thrower, river guide and professional firefighter for the City of Seattle. My body sustained multiple car accidents, auto ped accidents, falls, wipe outs and concussions. I had to find a way to heal myself and thus began my healing journey to you. 

Drawn to the nexus of the physical and metaphysical in my practice, I pursed a Ph.D. in Philosophy. I've also studied a myriad of energetic and meditative practices which inform and underpin my work. 

I practice in South Lake Union.
