My name is Kyle, my practice is named Return Therapy and I answer to he/him/they/them pronouns. I am passionate about embodiment, which to me is about the many ways we relate to ourselves within our bodies. My manual therapy work aims to bring awareness, education, flow, movement, and space into each session. I’m an anatomy focused practitioner who loves to let you know what’s going on under the skin. My clients range from dancers, athletes, yogis, avid hikers and climbers, and people who hit the gym multiple times a week, to folks who deal with chronic pain, emotional trauma, mental health challenges, or who simply need to unwind and release built-up stress. Whatever the reason or population, my practice will help identify your therapeutic intentions and get you back to feeling whole, capable, informed, and embodied. In a word, I aim to help you “return” to your best self.
