My passion for body work started the first time that I felt my mind settle at the end of a deeply therapeutic yoga class. I've learned how to use meditation and breath to quiet my mind, and hold space for my clients. In the massage room, I always take a deep breath and move slowly, seeing what's happening in the body in front of me, not with my eyes, but with my hands. Every session with me is relaxing and therapeutic, but it can also be deep and insightful.
