Other things you can find me doing are running, reading books, and hanging out with animals. I also get out in the garden as much as I can. I love the Pacific Northwest and I have lived here my entire life, although I think of Hawaii as my home away from home.

Intraoral massage is a modality where I work inside the mouth with gloved hands in order to help with TMJ pain. This can be added into any massage.
Craniosacral Therapy Certified
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on approach to release tension patterns deep in the body. It is a soft touch on clothed clients that can relieve new and chronic dysfunction in the body. This approach can help rid the body of restrictions in the whole system and improve function in the nervous system.
