I have been practicing massage for five years. As a 2010 graduate of Cortiva Institute – Seattle, one of the nation’s most distinguished massage therapy schools, I completed the 1000-hour Extended Professional Massage Therapy program. Directly out of school I went to work in 5-star luxury spas in both downtown Seattle and Bellevue where I gained a plethora of skills and techniques.

 

My experience at both Cortiva as a student and professionally over the last five years working in luxury spas has provided me with the hands-on training and necessary tools to provide a safe, relaxing and comfortable environment to encourage the balance of mind, body and spirit and assist in the improvement of individual health and well-being through healing touch therapy.

I have many core values that I will always uphold with each client: honesty; integrity; compassion; and respect. I am a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

I am originally from Wenatchee, WA. Some of my hobbies include reading, cooking and entertaining friends, yoga, live music, hiking and camping.
