I came to massage for my own healing and to help others, like most do. I've spent the last 25 years honing my craft, palpation skills, understanding how we get hurt, and more importantly - how we heal. I've studied trauma, recovery from it and post-traumatic growth extensively, through bodywork and psychological approaches (such as somatic experiencing).
