A native of southern California, Tracey has lived in the Seattle area since 1999.  Fifteen years in the restaurant industry, and a few repetitive use injuries had her looking for a new career opportunity that would allow a more nurturing, and healing environment. Tracey graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage in Seattle in December of 2014, and is currently the assistant manager at Recoop Spa in downtown Bellevue, as well as growing her own practice.  

  Specializing in relaxing, yet therapeutic massage, clients frequently fall asleep during their massage, only to wake up surprised at how much better they feel.  Tracey enjoys working quite slowly, which allows for deeper work while maintaining client comfort.  You can expect some stretching during your massage, as well as some stretches to do at home to help improve some of the aches and pains that brought you in for a massage in the first place.
  
  Tracey currently practices in the Urban Worklofts, in the SODO neighborhood, south of downtown Seattle.  This quiet, professional building provides a light, open massage space with a variety of amenities, including a shower, rooftop deck, and lounge space.
