I love the human body!  I love helping people feel good in theirs.  The therapeutic value of body work is immeasurable when your life is filled with work, family, exercise and all the things you do to be alive. 

I've been practicing massage and bodywork since 2008 specializing in deep tissue, Swedish style.  I incorporate stretching as often as I can, as needed, to help improve mobility and provide you with a sense of being in your body.
