As a lifelong athlete, movement educator, and outdoor enthusiast Micah loves helping people get back to the activities they love. Sessions are treatment focused and goal oriented, while also serving to help clients relax from everyday stressors.

Micah received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2012. Since then he has worked within the wellness field honing his skills and knowledge as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, physical therapy aide, as well as a massage therapist. He has had much personal experience helping his clients heal and regain function, and loves to share this passion during sessions.

Outside of the massage room, Micah teaches musculoskeletal anatomy at Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle, WA. He loves to hike, cycle, rock climb, backpack, and spend as much time in the mountains as possible. He can also be found performing live music around the Seattle area as a professional singer, songwriter, guitar, and bass player.
