In 2014 I graduated from the Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I spent my first year post graduation traveling to my clients in and around my coastal hometown of Searsport. Two years ago I accepted a full time position as an LMT in Bangor, and have been practicing in the area since.   


I wholeheartedly believe that, in one way or another, massage can better almost anyone's life. Whether you've been hurt and your body needs months of rehabilitation, or your week has been so stressful that you can't sleep, or you just want to relax in a safe, quiet space...massage can help. 

Some of my specialties include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Prenatal Massage. I have also received continued education in Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue utilizing light touch. 

Its my hope that my clients leave each appointment feeling as though I have intently listened to their needs, and given them the quality care and respect they deserve.
