Several years ago, I embarked on a major career shift, having raised my own family and feeling that I had the flexibility and freedom to orient my work closer to my own heart; what an honor it is to get to help other women find extra comfort and ease as they move through all of their own amazing transitions.

Advanced education and certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy for the treatment of lymphedema and Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) applicable to various lymphatic system related conditions. Specialist in ScarWork, a method created by structural integrationist Sharon Wheeler, that gently and effectively works to integrate scar tissue (from old or recent trauma) into the fascial web, restoring connection and function.
