I obtained my Master MMP (Medical Massage Practitioner) certification in 2018. I have worked alongside Certified Personal Trainers to better assist my more athletic clients to help prepare their body and mind for superior performance, help prevent injuries, reduce fatigue, improve endurance and promote flexibility. I am also a former Certified Personal Trainer myself. I love school and enjoy learning as much as possible. I am not much of a bragger, but I am very proud to say that I graduated with 4.0 GPA and was voted Class Valedictorian in Massage Therapy School.
