Hello and thank you for taking a moment to get to know me, I'm Diana the newest addition to the Sensible Kneads family! I wanted to share a bit about myself and my journey that brought me to the fields of therapeutic massage and bodywork.

I was born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ where I loved to go hiking in the endless Pine forests, climbing trees and finding the best views. Along with hiking, I enjoyed playing many sports like soccer, Volleyball, rock climbing, track, and competitive dance for 13 years. As much as I loved all these activities they did eventually start to take a toll on my body, which eventually led me to a Chiropractic office to receive medical massage and chiropractic adjustments. 

After a few sessions the pain in my body was decreasing and I was able to still be involved in sports and be more comfortable in my body. This experience was life changing not only in the wellness part, but I felt very inspired to help other people that may be experiencing pain, stress, or maybe just some time to relax. 

I’ve now been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 3 years, including performing medical massage as a certified Chiropractic Assistant. While I am very well versed in many modalities of massage therapy, I have found my strength is therapeutic healing with deep tissue massage, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, cupping and stretching.  

I  am so blessed to be able to fulfill my passion of helping others. Making clients feel a sense of relief and more comfortable in their own body is truly a blessing I am so happy to be able to share with the world. I am so excited for the opportunity to work with you!
