I have dedicated over the last 10 years to hone my massage therapy techniques to aid a variety of conditions from the common neck/ shoulder/ lower back pain to carpel tunnel syndrome, sciatic pain, herniated discs and foot pain.
I have extensive experience with a range of techniques such as post-surgical, prenatal, and sport massage. My personal specialty is Myofascial Therapy – focusing on reducing pain by releasing tensions and easing tightness in trigger points.
