Cindy is by far the best massage therapist I've ever met. I don't go to her for a super relaxing spa experience - I go to her because she truly knows how to heal the body!

I am not an athlete but have experienced chronic pain in my upper back & shoulders for many years. Time and time again, I pay for a massage and get little to no relief. This was not a typical spa type massage and that's not what I wanted! I felt very comfortable with Cindy and she needed very little information from me about what spots to work. She immediately honed in and worked on those tight spots. I feel like I am walking and holding myself differently. She gave me some stretching/yoga exercise suggestions and I will definitely be making this a regular and necessary appointment for my health.
