Starve the ego....feed the soul!

Having a back injury at a young age and being an active child and adult in athletics has brought many aches and pains to me. These activities brought forth a need for pain management. This was when I was introduced to Myofascial Release. Having found MFR and other massage techniques/stretches have helped me to manage my pain. I enjoy bringing these techniques to your session to assist with your daily aches, sports injury/prevention and chronic pain issues.

I’ve seen several massage therapists over the years, and Kelly is by far one of the best. His myofascial release work is incredibly effective, and I always leave feeling better and more mobile. Highly recommend multiple sessions if you suffer from regular pain or "sticky" muscles. Each session is different, and provides longer lasting relief each time. If you are looking for an oil rub down and a nap, he may not be the guy for you - as his craft is deeply intentional.
