My specialty has been to integrate the deep and penetrative massage modalities of deep tissue and trigger point therapies with Swedish and relaxation massage. I focus on the knots and tight spots in various parts of the body, helping them to release and heal. I incorporate the relaxation piece throughout the massage to make it an enjoyable and therapeutic session. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Designed to remove severe tension, this relieves injuries in muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It also helps to improve range of motion. TRIGGER POINT THERAPY focuses on the release of tension around specific areas throughout your body. Great for relieving cramped and overused muscles. SWEDISH MASSAGE uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation & ease muscle tension. A classic massage that eases your stress and allows you to slip into a calm state of bliss.
