Cathy is just wonderful. You can't NOT feel comfortable and at ease with her. I think next time I will ask for slightly firmer pressure ... but this massage recentered and soothed me. A massage, a discussion of food, and then getting to hang out with a cute dog and meet a super-smart 4-year-old? What is cooler???

Cathy is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products to use. Most of which she makes up herself by using oils and herbs. My face feels remarkable after the 1 hour facial. She also uses some massage techniques during the facial. Cathy is fabulous so glad I met her by accident while food shopping.

This was only my second professional massage so I am not an expert. I have however experienced physical therapy, others who really know their muscles and tissues. I had a full body swedish massage and IMHO Cathy definately seems to know her stuff. More effective than my other massage therapist was. I intend to return for more!
