Lesley always asks which areas need attention and why, then sets about a massage program designed to provide relief to those areas. She provides such a relaxed and relaxing environment that her skillful manipulation of muscle and connective tissue goes almost unnoticed. I find myself sometimes lulled into semi-consciousness! I have been a client of hers for the past 16 years and can readily vouch for her skills as a massage therapist and practitioner of the highest professional standards. She has taught me that regular massage therapy isn't just 'pampering', or even just 'restorative', but most importantly, a positive, self-affirming addition to a healthy lifestyle.
