My passion for healing began as a child. I could always be found massaging tension out of family members shoulders or laying on of hands to a friend that felt unwell. My career has blossomed from massage to holistic skincare and Ayurveda (the sister science of Yoga). From the philosophy that we are each our own unique fingerprint of DNA. How we process our environment, food and experiences are rooted in our ability to be balanced happy and healthy. 

I am very privileged to be a graduate of the Hudson Valley School of Advanced Aesthetics in West Park NY 600 hour program. The Desert Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson, AZ 1050 hour massage program. The SAMA Seaside Academy of Massage and Ayurveda, Newport, RI 600 hour Ayurvedic program certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

I am a NY trained Aesthetician, licensed massage therapist, Reiki energy worker, Certified Ayurvedic practitioner, and aromatherapist with over 20 years of hands on clinical experience at some of the finest spas and practices in North America.
