Several years ago, I discovered I was out of balance and my body was breaking down. The doctor wanted to give me pills, but my gut told me there was a better way. So, I went on a personal journey that lead me towards balancing my life, my body and my spirit.

I am a passionate messenger about living a balanced life and having a balanced body. As a Neuromuscular Therapist,  I incorporate my eastern and western background to help others find balance in mind, body and spirit.

My work is uniquely me: quirky, fun, active, loving, evolving, soothing, and educational. My goal is to leave every client with a little more knowledge and understanding of their bodies so they can take control of their pain. 

The basis of my work comes from techniques and theories in Neuromuscular Therapy. Based on my client's needs, I will incorporate a combination of the following bodywork modalities:
