My name is Jon Stange and I have been practicing massage therapy for more than 20 years. After graduating from my primary massage school in 1995 I started my own business providing therapeutic massage for in-home as well as clinical and health & wellness offices. My style of massage has always been more on the corrective and rehabilitation side of bodywork, working with injuries and postural problems. In 2006 I was introduced to a unique form of healing bodywork that works on improving body alignment, it is called Structural Integration, or Rolfing. It is a method of physically changing clients structure by deep connective tissue manipulation and movement education. It can restore tremendous amounts of health and vitality as well as decreasing pain. My primary work is in structural bodywork, I also provide deep tissue massage and Swedish massage.
