I am a licensed massage therapist who has been serving her community since 2006. I have a deep passion and commitment to helping those in pain and in need of wellness to the best of my abilities. I've worked with professional atheletes in health and fitness, corporate executives in demanding positions, muscisians, accident survivors, and people with chronic postural and medical conditions. My expertise is with injury and repetative motion stress on the body. My specialty is using cross fiber and longitudinal release in order to realign agrivated tissue. This increases flexibility, reduces pain, dissolves knots, and helps this return the body to optimal functioning state.
