Mikaela Minoggi is a dedicated certified massage therapist and Santa Cruz County native. She has attended both San Francisco school of Massage & Bodywork and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where she completed her B.S. in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with continuous fascination and passion for human anatomy and movement. Receiving massage therapy has always been a helpful tool for improving her understanding of the body, her own healing process, and thus what inspired her to pursue this path to help facilitate the healing of others. After graduating from San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork, Mikaela has been utilizing a combination of relaxing swedish along with therapeutic sports massage techniques for a holistic and individualized approach to each client. Within her massage sessions, her techniques include compression and range of motion assessments, swedish/deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release, pin and stretch, passive ROM, PNF, traction, and mobilization.
